Free Vibe Shop is a UK-based online retailer located at 47 Baldwin St., Bristol, GB BS4J 1WT, specializing in free-spirited fashion like Reformation dresses, Ksubi jeans, and Free People shorts.

You are our style rebel – someone who appreciates quality fashion with an effortless vibe. Our site is intended for users 18+ who can form legally binding contracts.

2. Shopping With Us

Product Information

We carefully curate our collection of ASOS dresses, Mother jeans, and other boho-chic pieces. While we strive for accuracy:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
  • All measurements are approximate
  • Items are subject to availability (those perfect distressed jeans might sell fast!)

Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We occasionally run promotions – these will be clearly marked.

Note: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed. If this happens, we’ll contact you before processing.

3. Ordering & Payment

Making an Order

When you add those Free People shorts to your cart, you’re making an offer to purchase. We accept this offer when we dispatch your order (not when payment is taken).

All payments are processed securely – we never store your full payment details.

Order Confirmation

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

Our Bristol-based team needs 1-2 business days (weekends excluded) to prepare your order for shipping.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

  1. Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL/FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  2. Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Important: We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote locations (even our free spirit has limits). If your country isn’t available at checkout, it means we can’t ship there (sorry!).

Delivery Issues

If your Ksubi jeans go AWOL:

  • Track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation
  • If there’s a delivery problem, contact us within 30 days
  • We may require proof of non-delivery from the carrier

5. Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Not feeling the vibe? We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date. Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with all original tags
  • Denim (Mother Jeans/Ksubi) must be tried on over clean underwear with hygiene strips intact
  • Include your order number with the return

How to Return

  2. We’ll send a prepaid return label within 48 hours (weekends excluded)
  3. Package items securely (original packaging recommended)
  4. Attach label and drop at nearest DHL/FedEx location

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return (allow 3 business days):

  • Refunds go to original payment method
  • Credit cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items (marked “last chance”), items without original tags/hygiene strips, or gifted items without proof of purchase.

6. Your Responsibilities

To keep the good vibes flowing:

  • Provide accurate information when ordering
  • Check your order confirmation carefully
  • Inspect deliveries promptly
  • Follow care instructions for your garments
  • Don’t misuse our website (no bots, scraping, etc.)
