Shipping Your Free Vibe

We know you’re eager to get your hands on those Free People shorts or that ASOS dress, so here’s what to expect:

Order Processing:

1-2 business days (weekends excluded) – our Bristol-based team works fast to get your order ready!

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over £50): Via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote locations (our couriers can’t handle that much free spirit).

Our Return Policy (Keep It Simple)

Sometimes the vibe just isn’t right – we get it. That’s why we offer a 15-day return window from your delivery date. Here’s what you need to know:

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Your order number must accompany the return
  • Special note for denim lovers: Mother Jeans and Ksubi Jeans must be tried on over clean underwear with hygiene strips intact

How to Initiate Your Return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return (helps us curate better for you!)
  2. We’ll email you a pre-paid return label within 48 hours (weekends excluded)
  3. Package items securely (original packaging recommended)
  4. Attach the label and drop at your nearest DHL/FedEx location

Return Shipping Options:

  • Standard Return: Use our pre-paid label (cost deducted from your refund) – arrives in 3-5 business days
  • Express Return: Arrange your own shipping for faster processing (we’ll reimburse up to £10 upon receipt)

When Will I Get My Refund?

After we receive and inspect your return (allow 3 business days for processing):

  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit cards: 5-10 business days
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days

We’ll email confirmation when processed – check with your bank if you don’t see it within this timeframe.

Exchange Requests

Need a different size of those Free People shorts or color of that ASOS dress? Here’s the drill:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email what you’d like instead
  3. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice the difference
  4. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Pro tip: Include exchange requests in your initial email to speed up the process!

Non-Returnable Items

To keep things fair for all our rule-breakers, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Items without original tags or hygiene strips (especially denim!)
  • Final sale items (these will be clearly marked – when we say “last chance”, we mean it)
  • Gifted items without proof of purchase
